Canada Orders

All orders shipped within Canada are dispatched using tracked shipping services to ensure secure delivery and shipment visibility from dispatch to final delivery.

 

International Orders

International orders are shipped using tracked and signed delivery services, allowing for monitoring throughout the shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders require approximately 5–7 business days for processing prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and operational considerations.

Shipping timelines commence once processing has been completed and vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within two (2) business days of being placed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellations or modifications are no longer permitted.

 

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are collected independently by customs upon delivery.

 

Customs Delays and Holds

YOBE LASH is not liable for shipping delays, holds, refusals, or returns resulting from customs processing. Any additional fees, storage costs, or re-shipping charges arising from customs-related issues remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returned Shipments Due to Customs

In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to customs-related reasons, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as shipping services will have already been rendered.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information. We are unable to provide notifications regarding returned shipments.

If a returned shipment is received and we do not receive instructions from the customer within fourteen (14) days, the order will no longer be eligible for refund or redelivery.

 

Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchased items comply with applicable import regulations in their destination country. We recommend consulting local customs authorities prior to placing an order if there are questions regarding restrictions, duties, or applicable fees.
