We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Beauty products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order is delivered with an issue, we’re here to help. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation promptly.

Once reviewed and approved, eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Change of mind after purchase

Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit
To be considered for a refund or store credit (where applicable), items must:
- Be unused
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the above criteria to be approved.
